Thank you for your interest in FN Mauser Rifles, Arming
Belgium and the World. We have
experienced several delays throughout the production of this book.
These delays have been beneficial as information from Belgium keeps
streaming in and some rare artifacts became available.
This has often lead to the review of sections that were already written
and laid out. This has been the most challenging of our projects to date,
mostly due to the large amount of information and photographs gathered in the
last seven years. We had to
implement a new organizational coding system just to deal with the volume of
photos... as we went along, some of this system proved to work, other aspects
did not. It is obvious that we will
end up with more than 1200 photographs in this book and that number may be very
conservative. We have
now completed about 200 pages of layout and estimate the total page count to be
around 330 or more. So far we are nearing 2/3 of completion and updates will be posted as soon as possible. A few page proofs are posted below just to give an idea on how the book will look. Thanks again. Anthony Vanderlinden
